CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation, please contact support@等待填充 within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order for no reason between 24-48 hours after placing your order, we will issue a refund for your order, minus 5% of your order as a service fee for the transaction. We will not accept cancellation after 48 hours as we have already prepared and sent out your package! We offer this 48-hour window as each piece is made to order and this process begins immediately. Please note that an order is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.
